Published in Cologne 1695  Printed for Will with the Wisp at the Sign of the Moon in the Ecliptick. An understandably anonymous account of the relationship between Elizabeth 1st and Robert Devereux, the Earl of Essex a favourite whom she had put to death after an aborted rebellion.

There are various editions of this published in different places though copies are scarce.

Discolouration and wear. title page reinforced to verso, binding worn as one would expect for a book more than 320 years old.
