Near fine. Green cloth with Brown spine and gilt titling. Book is Fine no marks almost as new . Dust jacket is complete some bumping to top edge and one 2 cm tear at top of back cover. Slight indentation near top of front cover.  Cover has photograph of the view from the room in Hotel Trianon in Paris where the work was written.

Beckett's 1st novel written when he was unknown in 1932. Rejected by publishers at the time Beckett's novel is a portrait of the artist as a young man with depictions of many of Beckett's friends in Dublin at the time. Published 60 years later.
