Limited edition of 1200 copies designed by Hans Mardersteig with colour lithographic illustrations by Marie Laurencin, some full page. Originally planned for 1939 publication it appeared in 1947 due to the war.
Very light spotting to endpapers, original cloth, uncut, fore-edge lightly spotted but otherwise an excellent copy. Tall 8vo. 316 + 2 pp.
